Born in Kaduna in 1989, Umar M Shareef is a Hausa singer and producer in Kannywood, and he is also an actor. Romance and storytelling run through his catalog, and his voice is always at the center. Because he works across film and music, a video release from him often draws extra interest.

“Yiriri Guda” is the eighth and final song on Soyayya Ta, released on December 19, 2025. It runs about three and a half minutes, and platforms list it as pop.
