Haske (Live) By Kaestrings

Kaestrings’ “Haske (Live)” continues to attract listeners years after its original release, with the worship recording now reaching a much wider audience through renewed attention around the artist’s music. Originally released on August 30, 2023, the seven-minute live recording has built a particularly strong YouTube presence, where the official video has accumulated millions of views.

Known professionally as Kaestrings, Kingsley Innocent is a Nigerian gospel artist, songwriter, worship leader, and acoustic guitarist from Zaria. His music is centered on worship, devotion, and intimate spiritual expression, while his acoustic guitar work and vocal delivery have become important parts of his musical identity.

“Haske (Live)” captures that approach through a live worship setting rather than a heavily constructed studio presentation. The seven-and-a-half-minute recording gives the performance room to breathe, with Kaestrings carrying the song through a measured, devotional vocal style. The recording credits Joshua Ugbenyo and Kaestrings as producers, with Outluk handling mixing and mastering.

The song also reflects Kaestrings’ connection to Hausa-language worship. “Haske” is built around a message of following Jesus, combining Hausa and English within a straightforward devotional setting. That bilingual character gives the performance a strong regional identity while keeping its central worship theme accessible to a broader Christian audience.

Its renewed visibility comes alongside Kaestrings’ expanding presence in contemporary gospel music. His official channels now highlight the “Rahama” album and his ongoing live worship platform, Feast of Light, while “Haske” remains one of the recordings that helped establish his recognizable worship sound. The official video has also crossed the six-million-view mark, giving the song a substantial digital footprint.

For listeners discovering Kaestrings for the first time, “Haske (Live)” offers a clear introduction to the intimate worship style that defines much of his work. Its live atmosphere, restrained musical character, and devotional focus continue to give the recording lasting appeal. Listen to the song through an authorized music platform and experience the performance for yourself.
