Letter To My Daughter By Trapp King

Kenyan artist Trapp King has a new song out called “Letter To My Daughter,” and the title alone tells you this one is meant to be personal. It is a 2026 release that lands in the Afro Pop space.

Trapp King is a rapper, singer, and producer from Vihiga County in Kenya. He is known for an Afro-rap style that mixes rapping with melodic vocal blends, which gives his music room to move between hard-edged delivery and softer, more open singing. His catalog includes the projects “The King’s Book” and “To The Light,” along with collaborations such as “Kadzo III” and “Lonely Road.”

That background makes this release interesting. An artist who handles both rap and melody has plenty of ways to approach a song framed as a letter, and the title suggests something more reflective than a typical club record. It signals a direct, heartfelt address rather than a surface-level hit.

Because the song sits under Afro Pop, listeners can expect the genre’s usual focus on melody and rhythm. For the finer details of the vocals, the beat, and the arrangement, the best move is to press play and hear how Trapp King shapes the mood himself.

A song about a father speaking to his child touches something universal. Family-centered records tend to stand apart from the party-heavy tracks around them, and that contrast is a big part of why “Letter To My Daughter” deserves attention from anyone who likes music with a human story behind it.

“Letter To My Daughter” is an exciting track with captivating energy, impressive delivery, and a memorable sound. Make sure you listen to this impressive song and add it to your playlist today.
